请问解释为何说D选项省略了they, 逗号也必须省略?难道说如果看成2个并列的谓语的话,就只能有and连接,而不能是逗号+and的形式?

借楼发挥下，有个问题：

一句话里面同一个代词是要必须指向前文同一个东西的。这句话里面后面的they指代酒，前面their指代的是Italian vint­ners，不会出现问题么？

还是说一个事物主代词一个是所有格形式，所以指向不一样？
