想请教各位OG13的一道题目：

有两个疑惑的地方：
1、括号中的they指代前面的vintner还是wines？考虑到sell的主语既可以为人亦可以为物，不确定they指代谁。。
2、省略的规则里面，后面省略的动词也应相对应前面的动词时态及语态，但这里的答案对应的方式不太懂。。are 对应 do。。

我觉得吧，they指代vintners, wines are priced to sell 酒被定价卖，vintners do sell.酒商确实在卖。
