尽管从选项的两个verb的时态一致上看，c的确是最合适的。但是我不大明白这个句子的结构是什么意思。

Q1：为什么题干中have cut price了在选项里不要用完成式来parallel?而是用了一般现在时

Q2:选项里的they到底指代谁？

Q3:整个句子的意思是不是说vintner为了减少存货削减价格，then...?翻不出选项的那个意思了。晕阿，请nn指点一下。谢谢了

这里不是平行结构的题。用；的很多是递进的意思。后面的and才是平行结构。

首先是have cut prices，然后说正在标价出售（是减价后的进一步行动），即are priced，后面的they do中的do是代表sell，they代表的是wines。

这里可以用do代替sell是由于，英语中尽管代词很强调不要产生歧义，但动词要求确不高，一般默认可以从上下文中得到。因此用do是没有问题的。

整个句子是说，为了减少存货，因此已经降价，白酒现在正在标价出售，而且卖出去了。
