弱弱地问下，在同一句话中，物主代词与指示代词的指代对象是否可以不一致？

三个范例：

其中：
第一题（OG12-蓝-92）中的指代不一致，it指代Schistosomiasis，its指代parasite
第二题（OG12-紫-87）中的指代不一致，their指代vintners，they指代wine


问题在第三题（OG12-蓝-21）
如果前两题的指代不一致成立，撇开can, in that的错误不谈，为什么OG12在解释错误答案B的时候，明确说their的指代是ambiguous？而从逻辑上理解they指代values，their从逻辑上应该指代homeowners的... ...

这个为题也困扰我很久~~~希望有人可以回答一下啊！！

刚才又仔细看看OG，其实OG对于B的解释不是说their ambiguous，而是说in that their整个有问题。

毕竟in that的用法是有比较细的要求的，LZ可以另外搜搜解释in that和because之间不同的帖子。

第三题的their可能还是会像lz你所说的那样，会因为物主代词的特殊性使得指代不明吧，这个我还是不敢下定论。
