1910年有10天 Heavy, 每天是3 inches, 1990有5天 Heavy, 每天是30 inches..问题解决了, 虽然天数少, 但是降水多。这就是一种可能性！

H情况是水量没有封顶的，所以各种情况都可能……阴险题目啊……
