一共4中天气，2种都比1910少，还一种是不下雨的，下雨的总量又比1910多。肯定heavy rainfall的天数多啊。。。

heavy rainfall 是超過2 inches量，所以表示，不一定要下比較多天，可以一天下超多雨，照樣還是會有較多的雨量。所以A沒錯。
