这道题是道很经典的题，它问的是it is also possible，就是下面的选项，哪个是有可能的。只有A是有可能的，因为，可能大雨的天数少，但是每天的降雨量都很大

是不是可以引申出heavy rainfall 1990比较多？  再怎么选择呢？
