为什么是A呢？DAY WITH LIGHT RAIN FALL和DAY WITH MODERATE RAINFALL 都下降，总的下雨量又上升，为什么选A啊？

heavy rainfall是more than two inches,没有上限,所以可能天数少,但几天里狂下,还是有可能总量大的
而C的这种情况,就是小于等于two inches,相当于moderate rainfall加light rainfall,这两个题中都已经说了是fewer了,加起来还是fewer

恩这道文字上是有点绕,我当时也想了一下的
