可是我怎么觉得如果A的lower改为higher才正确啊?

B,C,D,E都不对.

A对。因为大雨天的雨量没有上限。一天下了100米的雨，就足够把一年的平均雨量抬高。这个雨量和大雨天的天数没关系。1990高也可以，低也能发生。这题问的是可能性。注意区别下雨的天数和雨量这两个概念。

D的意思是不是：在1990年中量雨期所下的雨量是1910年雨量的两倍，题目中只给出了1990年M雨量的天数比1910年少，那么雨量还是有可能是1910年的两倍的

D. 我的理解是1990的中雨天下雨（M1900) 的总量多过2倍的1910 (M1910) 年中雨天下雨的总量。而不是1910全年的。
即使如此，D 也是不对。

这题变态，应该当数学题作。因为:

M1990 = (1990中雨天数)  x (1990中雨每天下雨的平均量)
而
M1910 = (1910中雨天数) x (1910中雨每天下雨的平均量)

所以如果M1990 > 2 x M1910, 就需要 (1990中雨天数) x (1990中雨每天下雨的平均量) > 2 x (1910中雨天数) x (1910中雨每天下雨的平均量）

已知 （1990中雨天数） < （1910中雨天数），上面如果成立，则必须  (1990中雨每天下雨的平均量) > 2 x (1910中雨每天下雨的平均量）。

题共给出了中雨天下雨的平均量的范围是 1 到 2 inch, 就是说任何一个中雨天(2 inch)都不能比另外一个中雨天(1 inch)多下一倍还多。（2 = 2 x 1). 所以上面的情况不可能出现。

此题中给出了中雨天雨量的范围是有用的信息。相信这个题因该算是逻辑题里面比较难的（费时）
