BC肯定排除掉了,与原文矛盾
E,把总数除一除月份,也排除掉了

剩下来A和D了
D,是说moderate累计的量,那就算如果90年和91年下moderate的天数一样,那也不可能90比91more than twice, 比如下了n天,90年中每个moderate的都下了2inches, 而91年每个moderate天都下了1inches...那也就是twice as much as,况且90年下moderate的天数小于91年.所以D不成立.
A,因为heavy的雨量不限制,所以,可能90年下1天heavy的雨量就超过了91年3天heavy的雨量. 正确
