  为什么选A啊 我 想不通,如果选了A的话,就推导不出1990年比1991年多20%了

注意,days of heavy rainfall 跟 total rainfall没有关系, 因为heavy rainfall 从2 inches 开始无上限.也可能一天下了别人一年的雨

所以,a是可能存在的,即1990的heavy days虽然少,但是由于每次下的多, 也可能比1910年平均要多20%
