这题迷惑性好大哟。D我是觉得inch 都规定好了 1-2之间Inch才叫moderate 然而如果两倍的话就大于2 inch 了。这样就不叫moderate。所以D不可能
只能说BCDE都不可能
A。所有的下雨种类天数都少了。但是每个种类下的雨都多一点点。。所以总数也是可以增加的。我也不知道理解的对不对。。NN帮忙

哈 我觉得d不对吧 哈哈    1990 比1910 moderate的的次数少，  总的liches  如果要超过 1990 两倍的话， 那除非1910 是1inch  每次   1990 超过2 inches  但是条件说了  在1到2之间 不能超过2inches 所以  这是不可能的。 哈  你们研究一下

D是不对的。。。moderate rainfall 是指1~2inch的。。如果是2倍的话。。那么肯定超过2inch。。不可能。。所以。。。

只有A 是可能的，比如说就算1990年只有一天下了heavy rain, 但是下了一吨的雨量。。。
