答案是：A。好奇怪啊，既然light 和moderate都低，而总降水量高于1910，那么the number of days with heavy rainfall was higher in 1990 than in 1910而不是lower 啊。不明白了，我选的C。

答案是：A。好奇怪啊，既然light 和moderate都低，而总降水量高于1910，那么the number of days with heavy rainfall was higher in 1990 than in 1910而不是lower 啊。不明白了，我选的C。

A是对的, 有一点要清楚就是"降水量和天数没啥关系",A说"1990年的下HR的天数比1910年少,但是下的雨量有可能大,因位文章只是说大于2INCH的就算HR,比如有可能是1910年下了2天的HR每天是2INCH,一共是4INCH;而1990年只下了1天的HR,但是下的雨量是5INCH, 所以1990年的大雨天数少但雨量大于1910年的".

A的关键是：大雨是没有上限的。天数少，但是可能那天雨暴大。所以有可能

BCE都和文章内容相反，也就是根本不可能。

D要花点心思：1〈中雨〈=2

设一个极端的数字：两个年份最接近的天数是差一天。1990年下了364天，1910年下了365天分别取上下限。1990年为728，1910年为365，两者比率为1.99，也就是永远不可能超过2倍。

这题有点tricky的地方在于also possible，也许会有人和我一样把它当成must be true的题目来做，然后发现没有一个答案的。A的答案没有问题。但是，我对于楼上司MM对于D选项的解释不是很理解，哪位XDJM能否帮一下我，D是如何排除的？谢谢！

A>1, B≤2. B永远不可能是A的两倍, 即CANNOT be true.
