2，it不是指 museum encourages visitors to “touch” each exhibit 这件事吗？为什么C错？

对呀,这题我也觉得很怪,当时做的时候,就觉得主语是PROJECT,就觉得应该用ACTIVATES,不过好象也只能这样解的诶.
