是visitors activate 而不是 VLP activate，VLP activate 不符合逻辑啊，一个project 怎么能activate the animated functions of the piece呢？ 这句的结构是：VLP encourages visitors to "touch" each exhibit and thereby (to) activate......一般 to 是省略的， activate 和 touch 是平行的。

呵呵，visitors 做了2个动作，第一 是去 touch， touch 后引发了另一个动作（thereby 是个小小的提示），然后因为 touch 所以就activate 了，所以这两个动作的发出者都应该是 visitors。 这样应该明白了吧？
