OG里面得一道题目  encourages visitors  to touch each exhibit and thereby activate.....这是正确答案 OG解释说在这里visitors作主语 两个动词是touch 和activate 为什么是to touch而后面activate前面不用to 是不是有了thereby 就可以省略to了？OG的解释是though the "to" may be implied，如果可以随便imply掉to的话那么很重要的平行一说不就有漏洞了吗？请高人指点！

我想问这里的to touch和activate平行 为什么后面一个to可以省？

(A)    exhibit, which thereby activates
(B)    exhibit, in turn an activation of
(C)    exhibit, and it will activate
(D)    exhibit and thereby activate
(E)    exhibit which, as a result, activates

分析：
A，明显不对，which指代有问题
B选项activate明显优于activation
C选项，it肯定不能指代
E选项，which不能指代句子，经典错误了

D选项，这尼玛不平行啊？to到哪儿去了，看了OG解释，说这里可以省略to，我去
BUT，其实我想说逻辑意思上来看D是最好的
首先Touch，结果Therefore activate
and therefore很好的连接了两者的关系，逻辑上是最合理的

怎么说 有时候不是自己觉得是正确才是正确的，还是GMAC怎么认为是对的就算对，况且也是在5个选项中选出最合理的（但不一定是最正确的）本题也体现了理解句意在SC中的重要性
