007 是对的。原句可以理解成 “a return to communal ownership of land, (a return) to what had been a pre-Columbian form of ownership respected by the Spaniards."  E 中不是应修饰LAND， 而应修饰OWNERSHIP。

这就是我最搞不清楚的地方了。OG一会说which/that 修饰对象不明确，一会又明明白白修饰离which/that 那么远的名词，如上面那道OG85。
糊涂的很，能再解释一下吗？
