之前只知道形式主语还原后有头重脚轻的后果但是OG解释说
the inverted construction does not successfully convey the meaning of the sentence
说的是形式主语还原后改变句意？？

mo...逻辑上把that educators are at fault for not anticipating the impact of microcomputer technology称作一个fact总觉得怪怪的。。

但是还是再问个问题 让形式主语还原应该不会改变句意把~~~？

嗯，不会改变的，但是不要加别的东西，比如E里加了fact，就不仅仅是单纯的还原了。
D的还原应该是：That educators are at fault for not anticipating the impact of microcomputer technology can hardly be said.

说的这个就不是个fact，不能用the fact that... can hardly be said ，汉语这样讲也不通啊。

句子本意上其实没有特意突出 educators are at fault for not anticipating the impact of microcomputer technology这个事情，我读题目的时候觉得前面和后面部分很平衡。
但是当用E时，感觉前面部分疑问THE FACT 被突出很多，平衡被打破了
