意思一样,是否有NN可帮解呢？？

还有关于B我的感觉 ,是 can hardly be said 后面少一个that 无法接重属子句,所以OG才会说结构不完整,我的观念对吗？？

B好像歪曲意思了, That.....can hardly be said to be at fault, 说得是教育家没预料到微电脑科技的影响这件事AT FAULT

关于C, 我觉得it is the fault of educators who have not anticipated the impact of microcomputer technology这句话有问题, it指代什么呢?

好比平时我们是it is difficult to do sth, 这里, it指代to do sth

而c中的it呢?
