B意思是说educators没有预期impact这个事实没有错，而原来的意思是educators没有预计impact不是educators的错
C两个it指代不一致
E意思是说educators错在没有预期impact这个事实不能被说

I take issue with your explantion of C


the first it is a placeholder  , there is no need for antecedent of it in such structure


the second it has no clear antecedent


the wrong for it here is not because it point to different antecedent


please correct me if i am wrong
