我理解og的意思，但是总觉得它的这个解释不是那么的常规。。。

为什么不能理解为：

没有这种结构的原因是 have 不能省略还是什么的…

还是因为 reduce 和 low 语意重复？？

那这么说来have是可以共用的了？

reduced 和 lowered语义重复了，所以D不对。而reduce和后来的raised是反作用的，所以必须用while来起到这种提升作用，明显C比原句要好。

哈，bob亲，这题的have就是能够共用的呀，你想想，一个句子只有一套svo，而后面并列的结构又都是同性的，所以不需要再赘述have，虽然从语法上讲，带着have并列，可能也能成立，只要并列的明显~
建议bob亲自己要背下来呦，xdf老师就曾反复强调过这句话~~~加油哈，一起努力哈bob亲~~~

给bob亲举个中文的小例子你就懂啦，毕竟语言还是有相通之处的嘛，哈哈~
例： 我已经吃饭，刷牙和吃抹茶味冰激凌~
如果说成：我已经吃饭，已经刷牙和已经吃抹茶味冰激凌~那么一看便知，这太累赘了，虽然也没什么错~用咱们国人看母语的角度讲~

同理啊bob亲，have就相当于这个“已经”~
