请教大神 OG15 一道题 关于动词形式

此题答案是C

有两个困惑点，
1.inplemented 和 based都是主语的定语吗？  这样的结构很奇怪，可能是我见得少
2.正确答案中的while raising，应该也是主语的动词  那为什么没有和之前的have reduced 平行呢？
  这里的现在分词raising又是怎么来的？

1. inplemented 和 based 都是主语shift-work equations 的定语，一个前置一个后置；
2. 正确答案的结构是“shift-work equations" have reduced (sickness+sleeping+fatigue 这三个普通名词）while（这里的while是转折与让步状语的从属连词）+raising XX（这里的知识点是连词引导时间、条件、转折与让步状语时，若从句主语与主句主语一致，可以省略从句主语，从句谓语改成分词结构，主动发出用ing，被动承受用-ed）；所以这题主句是SWE have reduced. (结构来看是SWE have reduced XX while raising，意为这种SWE在减少了什么的同时增加了什么。

对于这题我有一个疑惑，OG对于D的解释the verb reduced applies to all three parallel elements, so inserting lowered before fatigue illogically suggests that fatigue actually increased.   但是这里我可以看成equations have reduced sickness, sleeping, lowered fatigue and raised efficiency,这样子错在哪里了?三个动词平行可以吗?
