答案是Ｃ，　我选Ｄ，raised前面可以理解为省略了一个ＨＡＶＥ．
我觉得Ｃ不对劲啊， while raising和前面的have reduced 不是不并列了吗？

谁和谁并列要从意思上分析。
减少了：生病，打瞌睡和疲劳，（转折开始）同时提高生产率。
ETS常用while+doing的形式，简洁表达清楚。你也可以自己在语法大全里，用WORD的搜索功能搜索while。几乎都是while+doing。记住这种ETS惯用表达方式。

这下明白了，原来ＥＴＳ表达对照时常用while+doing啊：）
