偶用排除法知道答案是C。 但不明白while表转折前后应该尽量平衡。用ing在它后面怎么讲？

and 是需要平行结构的，while 尽量平衡倒是没有听说过，排除法也是好方法（长时间不碰GMAT了，回答不上来了）～
