我有Research Potential!

太有戏剧性了！
昨天刚刚发帖说自己不确定自己是否有research potential，今天就来了一个证据：我的合作者说我的论文已经于2010年在一个经济期刊上发表了。
我确实于2010年给期刊投过稿，可是一直没有音信，怎么能就发表了呢？不是说国际英文期刊都有一个revise and resubmit的process吗？怎么我没有经过这个过程？请牛牛们指教，谢谢！

晕。我说怎么也没有revise and resubmit的程序呢。
那是不是在上面发表也不能说明我有research potential啊？
不过那篇论文是我自己瞎鼓捣的，没有导师的指导和同行的评论。
所以能发表我还是有点高兴的，嘿嘿。

如果你申的是top50，我建议你压根就别提这个publication……

i guess LZ was discouraged again.

what zzmypster said is actually true, but he said it in a very straight way. people in academia are very straight. they will tell u straightaway if they don't like it. u will encounter a lot of cases like this in the future.
