In the example you are giving, 1) + 2) says that only 1 person choose the same guy. Then the conclusion FEWER than half choose the same guy still HOLDS because 1 < 50. So it is sufficient once 1) + 2). Choose C.
If a condition is sufficient, it means the condition itself can confirm the hypothesis is right or wrong. In the example you gave, it confirms that the hypothesis is wrong, i.e., 能够确定一半以上的人不会两次选择中选相同. Thus, it is sufficient.

去冲了一个凉,本来想睡觉的,但是这个题目搞得我睡不着,想来想去,发现还是要看题目的问法!!!

这个比较难理解,我类别个例子, ----------------------------------- 类别本题的提法,我假设这么个题目, ----------------------------------- 问:问以下条件能确认“A+B=10”么? 条件一:A=5 条件二:B=6 ------------------------------------ 条件1 is not sufficient, 但是有可能, A=5, B=5 条件2 is not sufficient, 但是也有可能, A=4, B=6 条件1+2呢? A+B = 11 , 那么A+B=10,肯定为错!
