#1介绍有很多理论,其中VC价值认同对提升企业员工忠诚度的作用最引人注意。
#2 VC可以有3类:
        -PE:和公司政策和目标一致
        -PP:对同事忠诚;
        -PF:员工认为的公司价值和同事认为的公司价值是否一致。
#3研究表明【小心哦,作者应该认同的】,PE 和PF 是有用的。未来还可以用来作为工具帮助企业提升员工满意度,并最终提升公司表现。

main idea: introduction of one theory about what impact the employees' satisfaction within a company
structure:
p1. attention on the subject that what impact the employees' satisfaction ?only one theory called "value congruence" get companies' interest
P2. the theory can be divided into 3 subcategories and the definitions of each
-pe: if it is ?,employers feel better because of shared value with employee
-pp: the level of shared value among people
-pf: the perceived value between people, ? then the relationship between workers and managers are better
p3. result:
-pe & pf effectiveness(satisfaction, commitment, likelihood of turnover ) > pp
-pf help define misperceived value
-the theory can help increase employers' satisfactions and then bolster companies performance

new words:
distill: 提取,蒸馏
posit: 假定
congruence: 全等,一致
solidarity: 团结一致
in tune with: 与xxx一致

270. 价值一致性对企业的好处


P1 - Value Congruence has drawn much interest from the corporate world as a factor to allow companies to foster high employee morale.
P2 - VC can be broken into 3 main subcategories:
      1/ PE - personal environment: harmony between the personal values of the employee and corporate culture
      2/ PP - Person person: a sense of solidarity with one's co-workers
      3/ PF - perceptual fit: correspondence between the values that an employee perceives his company to have and the values that this co-workers perceive the company to have.
P3 - PE and PF are important to employee satisfaction. PF is important in establishing harmonious relations between workers and managers.
      These measures give corporations a paradigm on the basis of which to create long-term personnel plans and productivity growth targets.
