叙述式 提出红酒盖子的alternative, 便宜,但是缺点是不抗氧化,但是又优点。优点就是能够减少化学物质,化学物质的产生原因,又说没有处理方法,然后说那就试试看能不能靠包装解决,做了包装实验,证明carton 最好,最后又给出结论,不是所有的酒都适合用carton.

P1- Cork is elegant. Glass is an alternative, but expensive to transport. A cheaper alternative – carton is available. Though it does not prevent oxidation as other materials does, it has its own advantages, suck as soaking chemicals that can ruin the flavor of wine.
P2-High level of chemicals can make the wine taste bad (as if fruit used to make the wine is not ripe or of low quality. Previously people thought in this chemical only comes from grapes, but now Asian lady beetles are also a contributor of this chemical.
P3-The wine industry has tried to remove this chemical but has not been successful. To make matter worse, the Asian lady is becoming more prevalent in Italy, Spain, Argentina, and South Africa. So a team turned to explore options in packaging to mitigate this problem.
P4-Lab testing different packages and monitored chemical levels in the wine for 18 months. They reported that cartons are the best.
P5-The reason behind the result was not understood. There is some speculation.
P6-Carton could be choice for some wine, high in chemical but won’t store long. For grand wines (most wines), natural cork is still the choices.
