[Main Idea]  Many American companies donate money as a strategy. But philantropy will benefit both the business and the society, as the companies will become corporate citizens and take big social resposibility. And American companies should continue their philanthropy abroad.

[Structure]
P1: Why philanthropy? - Benifit business
                Why companies should give money away while chasing profits? Some managers see that as a strategy which can bring powerful competitive edge.
        P2: Benefit society
                Philanthropy will bring benefit not only for business but also for society.
                It will encourage corporations to play a leadership role, e.g.school reform & AIDS awareness.
                Besides money, companies will provide other support such as managerial advice, tech&communi support, and human resorces as well.
        P3: The companies have become corporate citizens.
                They aline self-interest with the larger good for the society.
P4: Philanthropy abroad
        American companies have already succesfully donated a lot in foreign markets. But they are cutting that budgets down while non-American companies are going to gain the competitive edge by philanthropy.
