- Surveyed were not happy because of the cost-cutting

- left ppl reduce the workloads ( downsize outperform ten to underperform after 3 years)
第二段:新方法companies began to downsizing -through profit sharing
- 好处:increase responsibilities
- 举例: layoff is as the last resort, ppl are happier.
- 实施困难:workers be reeducated and mangers need to diminished authority.
