[0516-独立] Teaching is a harder work in the past than today

Recently, a topic about whether teaching is a harder work in the past than today has emerged among people. The debate shows that people are now paying more attention on the educational problems and the teaching qualities have become a main consideration of many parents. In terms of this problem, I would like to support that teaching is even harder today for several reasons.

In the first place, teachers should have more acknowledge than before for the reason that information era requires us updating our knowledge in a faster speed. With the development of high technology and international communication, more and more scientific researches are released in recent years. What impressed most is that when scientists declared that Pluto is no longer a member of the nine planet, my scientific teacher told us about the news at the first time. Even through the book did not changed the content, the teacher has the responsibility of keeping us in the latest knowledge. If the teacher is a person who is not willing to be exposed to more and newer knowledge in his field, he would not provide better or even just qualified teaching quality for his students. As we all know, it is a hard work for every teacher to undertake. However, each teacher should make this as a principle if they want to do better and make their students benefit more.

Secondly, with more companies requiring their employees to have novel ideas, more and more students will make having innovation as the goals for their daily study. The direct result is that students express their personal opinions in the class more and more frequently than before. This term, I have a class called Auditing. The teacher requires us to do a group work of presenting the audit scandals in the past several years. At each end of the presentations, there will be a part of question and answer. During this period, many students will express their analysis of the audit problems and have a debate with teacher. Sometimes the questions are so complex and sharp that the teacher will find difficult to answer. What I want to say is not that the purpose of question part is to embarrass the teacher, but that every teacher should have the sense and the confidence to provide a stage for students to express their own thinking. I know it requires a lot for teachers, so teachers now are facing more pressure than before.

The last point is that currently parents have more expectation on their children. The situation has changed a lot because parents do not only hope their children learn how to read and write in the school but also hope the education will provide a brighter future for their kids. As a result, teachers takes huge responsibilities to guarantee that the school education will not only provide sufficient knowledge but also help students building great study habit. The process of creating habit is complex and varies from person to person. Teaching is no longer a job of passing on knowledge as before, but a combination of role of advisors and mentors about life. In this way, teaching really becomes harder today.

To conclude, as we stress more on the education, the requirements on teachers and teaching have also become stricter. Even through teachers may face more challenges in the process of teaching such as the fast update of new knowledge and various questions from students. Teachers should always hold the principle that they are the main warranty in education, and they bear a lot to help students to build a beneficial study habit.

很久很久很久没写T作文了。。什么经验模版都没看就这么硬写，写了一个多小时。。

In the reading material, the author introduces us the latest resources which are communal online encyclopedias. The online encyclopedias are completely different from the traditional one because any Internet users can edit the context. Even through the author of the article tries to convince us that online encyclopedias are less valuable than traditional, printed one, the professor in the listening material lists some advantages of the online one to refute the opinion of the author.

In the first place, the professor disagrees with the author because in her opinion printed encyclopedias can sometimes be more inaccurate. Because the online encyclopedias can be edited any time an error is found, then the information can update to righter version. However the mistakes in the printed one cannot be corrected at once for the reason that the printed one can be revised many years after the publication. The online one can be more valuable for users for some academic researches.

Secondly, the professor refutes to accept what author has said in the article that any Internet user can have access to delete the information in the encyclopedia. The online encyclopedias hires some special editors to ensure that the crucial content of the information is not changed as anyone want. What is more is that the format of the online encyclopedias is not changed, so the user will not be confused about the words of online encyclopedias.

The last point of the professor used to fight the stand of view of the author in the reading is that traditional encyclopedias has many limitations. The information in the traditional one cannot accurately reflect the real interest of the public. However, these disadvantages can be overcome in the online encyclopedias. The online encyclopedias has vast diversity because it represent the real interests of most people and the thing most people care about. This function is also the strongest advantage of the online encyclopedias.

又是什么模版都没看上来就写。。时间真紧张。限时写的一篇，后来贴到文本里修改了几个拼错的单词，但是内容都没有再变了。不知道听力的部分挺得是不是对的。。

[0523-独立]The best way to reduce air pollution is for the government to raise the cost of fuel(petrol).

There a public debate that the best way to reduce the air pollution is for the government to raise the cost of fuel. Some people are in support of the proposal for it can force more people drive less than before, however others are not agree. From my perspective, I agree with the view that it is practicable to increase the price of fuel.

To start with, the increased price will force more people choose other transportation such as subway or bicycles. As we all know, with more people starting to buy and drive cars, the air pollution is even worse. The government has come up with some legislations to limit the amount of car licenses but the result is not as expected. So if the government can succeed in lift the price of fuel, most of the citizens will second consider the decision of buying cars or driving cars everyday. Several years before, my father was really desire to buy a car just because the car was cheaper. However, my mother said that even through the price of car is acceptable, the cost of using car will increase then. The decline of car sales will definitely contribute to the change of air pollution problem.

On the second place, many manufactures who use fuel for their main manufacture process will find alternative resource to replace the fuel. With the development of new recycled resource, companies can use solar energy to meet their electric demand and the solar energy is more environmental friendly than fuel. A great company should have a long-term prospect on the development of its business. The increase of the cost of fuel is a no doubt result even through government do nothing to affect the price of fuel. If the company want to surpass its competitors, it need to seek for more and better alternative resource. At the same time, protecting the environment is part of the responsibility of the world-wide company. Then, the air pollution will improve if all the companies have these kinds of awareness.

However, although the action of increase the price of fuel can do a lot to the improvement of the air pollution, there are still many other factors contribute to the problem. The most obvious cause is the decrease of forest. When government pays a lot of attention on the control of the price of the fuel, it must do more to protect the green land. Trees can absorb many waste which is created by fuel and bring out fresh air. My home town is a costal city with many green plants, the air of there is much fresh than that of Beijing. Every time I come home for vacation, I just want to stay at home for a longer time because the air in Beijing is so terrible that I cannot go outside when the air pollution is bad. If the government can do the two things at the same time, the room for the improvement of the air pollution will be much bigger.

To conclude, the proposal that the government try some action to increase the cost of fuel can solve the problem of air pollution and the proposal can be most best one for the reasons I have mentioned above. The amount of cars and the amount of fuel that factories used to manufacture can have great influence on the situation of air pollution. At the same time, if the area of trees can increase, the problem can be solved even faster and better.

限时做的，时间到的时候最后一段才写了一两句，然后超时三分钟敲完了文章。
开头第一句和各段第一个短语用了所谓模版。。原谅我真的想不出什么其他高级句子来了。。说好的准备素材呢喂！
本来心里是想写反对意见，但是想了一分钟还是觉得支持好写一些吧，然后就这样了！逻辑什么的懂就好，虽然我最后一段有一点让步但是这样也应该是可以的吧。没有double check所以应该有语法错误。。修改的同学辛苦你了！~
