[0710-独立] Patience is usually not a good thing. We should take action at once.

In this modern society, due to the high tech and the wide spread information, things can change fast. Even though we have always been told that we must think twice before the action, sometimes it is not a bad thing to take action at once. Thus I believe that patience is not a good thing at any situation.

To begin with, if we do not act right now, we may let the chance flee away. Just recollect how many times you miss a good investment chance and how many good internships have passed away. Until now, I still feel regretful that I did not catch the fantastic intern in a famous company. When my senior asked me whether I want to take over her job, I hesitated. At that time, what I was thinking is all about just waiting for a better one. After waiting, I found that the first internship is the best and the most suitable position for me. However, everything is too late.

Second, being patient requires a lot of your spirits and passion. During the long and seemingly no-end waiting period, it is normal that we may wonder whether we have chosen the right way. It is so common that no one can deny that they have never thought about these. The story of my uncle may be the best negative example. My uncle plans to start his own business for many years. During this time period, he has done a lot of preparation and wait for the best chance but never takes action. After several years struggle, he lost his confidence and passion to do the business and gives up at the end. If my uncle can make his mind taking action at the first time, he may achieve his dream long before.

The last but not least point of my argument is that practice is something different from imagination. You can never know exactly the circumstance until you try it. Many people prefer to making many plans and preparation before the action. It sounds convincing but what is the perfect time for you to end the waiting? That is why our teachers strongly recommend us to take jobs after graduation rather than continue the undergraduate education. You can learn more through the practical experience of work. Several days before, I had a talk with my boss who has worked for more than ten years. On the other hand, he also has a master degree after he went to work for three years. His career is the best example of how take action and go to practice is the best way to learn.

To sum up, waiting patiently sometimes may cost you much more beyond the expectation. The situation changes all the time. What we could do better is to catch every change that may lead to success and take action without hesitation. I believe you can learn even more through the experience of practice.

When it comes to the good merit you should have if you want to be a leader, the ability to plan and organize is no doubt one of the characters. With the development of modern society, as we young generation face with more challenges and sometimes we must handle several tasks at the same time. In this way, it is necessary for us to develop the habit of planning and organizing and we could truly benefit from this behavior.

To begin with, if we are more ordered and have more plans in advanced, we are more competitive among peers. It is commonly known that the population is growing and the rate of employee is becoming lower than before. In order to confront the tough situation, some students choose to plan advanced and equip themselves with more skills. Just imagine when two students with same grades but one of them has more internship experience to compete for the same position. Who is more likely to be selected? I bet everyone will pick the students with richer experience. Why this student has such advantage is all thanks to his ability to plan.

Second, how to use the limited time and expense to do more work, the most fundamental key point we need to know is to have good plans before your action. I still remember when I had the management class, the teacher told us that success is all about effectivity and efficiency. These words impressed me a lot and I bear them in mind for quite a long time. The knowledge I learned from the management class really pushes me a lot every time I just want to delay something that I should finish on time. That is to say, if you do not want to waste your energy, time and money, you should plan everything and finish your to-do-list as organized.

The last but not least part of my arguments is that a good plan will offer you even more time to do thing you like or just relax and enjoy your life. As I have mentioned before that we can finish all of our work within a limited time only if we have good plans and take actions accordingly. God is fair to everyone since each of us have 24 hours a day no matter which race we are and whether we are rich or poor. Even though we are fair that we all have the same time, it is amazing that some of my classmates seem like to have 48 hours a day. They can join parties and maintain a good score. They can always finish tasks earlier than me. The secret of their magic is that they have habit of planning everything.

To sum up, the ability to plan and organize is not only a key element of success but also a habit we could benefit for the whole life. Everyone, especially our generation who face with even more pressure than before, should bear in mind that a good plan is just a start point of success. It is always up to you to finish and follow your plans. Let plans lead your life.
