Some people may attribute their success to their own endeavor. I, however, think that compare to the past time, we are more likely to achieve triumph under family members' help.

On one hand, cutting-edge technology enables us to communicate with our family with ease when we face the difficulties. I want to grant sincere gratitude to the advanced technology when I applied for university far away from my parents(这个地方建议换个表达方式，without my parents' company,要不然可能会误以为是申请一个远离父母的大学~). At that time, I really needed their opinion and felt stress（stressed） in preparing the college entrance exam. Whether to improve the work skill of the employees or to elevate the condition in the company building? It is always a headache question for the companies to answer. From my perspective, the work skill of the employees in a company plays more crucial rule rather than other aspects do.

On one hand, high level work skill is the impetus to higher productivity, which means the avenue of the company will be increased immediately. Think about a firm equipped with low efficiency workers, how can one say that the company will be promising? A latest study made by Fudan University, one of the universities in China with glittery reputation, unveils that among the 500 listed companies in China, 85% regard the work skill as their priority when making investment plan. Meanwhile, the annual outcome increasing is also highly related to the workers' performance. It is high level work skill that makes a company outstanding.

On the other hand, high level of work skill also prevents the workers from damaging in the work, which causes devastation consequence. I want to grant my sincere gratitude to my company, General Electricity. It arranges the training for all the workers from time to time and makes inspection constantly. All these efforts are the major contribution to the low accident rate in the plant.
