即:本来unrefined olive oil 的质量不能由acidity决定,却可以由 free oleic acid含量决定,而 free oleic acid精确衡量oil’s acidity。 所以其实unrefined olive oil 的质量可以acidity来判断。 E中 People who judge the quality of unrefined olive oils actually judge those oils by their acidity, which the judges can taste.前半句我觉得精确的说出了结论,问题是不是出在 后半句judges can taste呢?因为我觉得E的前半句把结论说的比C更加清楚和明确。
如果E错的话那只能是C对了,因为C也体现了unrefined olive oil 的质量和acidity的关系。只不过觉得好像没有E说的直白。
请NN们再指教一下E的错误吧,尤其是lawyerNN,个人愚见A是肯定错的。

其中1)全文其实一直讲的是unrefined olive oil ,A中说 When an olive oil is refined应该是无关。
2)一道逻辑题目应该不用化学知识来解答吧,毕竟美国人还是比较弱的。
