mindfree, you are my model to pursue a wonderful career, but i still disagree with what you have said. first of all, B is irrelevant to the question, because the argument does not concern periods when the Vargonian economy has been strong, all of the argument talks about the periods of recession, so does C and D, (before the last economic recession, privately funded schools ). A is the best choice, because "current student-teacher ratios not be exceeded" , the last sentence in the argument .if A, that is, - The current student-teacher ratio at Vargonia’s government-funded schools is higher than it was during the most recent period of economic recession, then A strengthen the argument.
