Like/Unlike 在句首，主句在其后，中间以逗号隔开的形式要求Like/Unlike的逻辑主语与主句主语相一致，若E改为
Unlike catching cod and haddock， catching monkfish ……
则正确

A选项中代词their不当
据题意，depletion针对是monkfish而言，  应改为单数代词its指代


此外，A有改变句子重心之嫌，原意突出对不种类鱼群的limits差异，选项A将对比的一部分以插入语形式表述，降低其重要性（插入语原则：（1）不影响主句结构（2）去掉不影响句意理解，可有可无）
结构：There are no legal limits（简单句前半）, as there are for cod and haddock,（插入语）， on the size of monkfish that can be caught（简单句后半）, a circumstance that contributes to their depletion through overfishing（circumstance 引导同位语概括前述内容，作补充）
