总工资=工人数*每个人工作小时数*每小时工资数

Y的总工资大于Z的总工资 工人数又等于Z的工人数 现在要保证的就是Y的 每个人工作小时数小于等于Z的每个人工作小时数  对D取非 则不能保证这个条件

而且对D取非，两个都发生变化，即特别高的加班费经常同事发生在两个公司，怎么就不成立了呢？

不好意思  这个题目我说错了

因为这是一个填空题  不是一个假设题 

所以思路不一样  我们可以这么想 当D成立的时候  可以保证 Y的每个人工作小时数小于等于Z的每个人工作小时数   这样D作为原因的话 可以很好的衔接题目最后的那个since
