18 是个用“他因”来削弱的典型。海龟长留多了不是因为免疫力，而是因为吃更多的海藻（化肥使海藻更茂盛了，海藻多了，海龟不减肥的话就吃的更多，就更多的海龟得瘤子。）

马克波罗这个题目按照字面理解就是说因为他没有写长城所以他就没有去，但是如果是因为作者把那段文字给省略了呢?如果回答是肯定的，则他去过中国，如果否定，则没有去过中国(只能这样理解了，因为没有题目...)

我自己的理解是, 很清楚的是,用这个TEST,医生可以避免不必要的切除手术,但是,却没有比以前减少任何必需的手术.

哦我好象明白了! 应该选B的:   B. the misdiagnoses produced by this test are always instances of attributing
appendicitis to someone who does not, in fact, have it
因为 这个新TEST检测出不是阑尾炎的人,实际上,有阑尾炎. 所以, 医生必须做的手术还是那么多..................................但是不需要的的手术可能减少了.

哦,题目的意思是说原来有很多人他明明没有阑尾炎但是查出来有,按照保守的方法就把它切除了;现在有新的技术,它的错误率只有2%.这样,这么少的误诊率就可以推断出减少不必要的切除手术啦!!

问题在于,这个2%到底怎么理解,如果是这些误诊的人啊，如果这些人明明没有,查出来却有,然后医生就要把它切除,那你说这个结论不就被推翻了么?这个就是B的取非..
