从题目可知,Y与Z公司员工人数相同,但是Y花在付工资的钱比Z多得多,题中推出Y的员工时薪比Z的员工时薪高.

只有当Y和Z的员工几乎都不加班的时候,才能推出Y的员工时薪比Z的员工时薪高.否则,如果Y花在付工资上的钱也包括了一部分的加班费,同时Y员工的加班时间也要算进去,就不能推出Y的员工时薪比Z的员工时薪高.
