其实这到题有一个非常简单的做法.

Clearly, dropping this restriction would allow the other species to recover.

我们看答案相关的描述里面只有 B 出现了  this restriction

所以直接选 B 了.

i think you misunderstood the explaination of B.

B says the restriction led to the hunting season closed earlier. in other words, it is very easy for people to hunt geese to reach 5%, thus the hunting season should closed as long as the restriction be reached.
