P1: surveillance（监察的）three studies used to examine how s and SS affect cooperative behavior. First two: weak SS results in less cooperation than no SS. 2:SSalso affect the type of decision people making, whether it is a business or an ethical decision. NO.3 support processing effect hypothesis
P2: S&SS for employee. Important in companies and also critical in promoting ethics in organizations.
P3: hypothesis 1:有但不能严格执行的可能会decrease cooperation 相比于完全没有的.
P4: Y, M, SKKC :SS not only affect behavior but also expectations of others’ cooperative behavior, predicting a negative relationship between weak SS and expectations
