CD与原文的推理无关。

原文讨论的是cost consideration；C讨论的是quality of legeal services；D讨论的是content of lawyers' ad。所以说CD无关。

来个比较清楚的解释：原文说广告多－－> 客人付钱少，其实呢？E说了，作广告的项目根本从来就没降过价，属于本身就低，所以呢，本来该付多少就多少，客人根本就没少付钱。

大家不要把题想的太复杂，更别去用XDF的理论套。

我的理解：

Restrictions少，做广告的lawyer少，做广告的lawyer比不做广告的收费少。

注意“做广告的lawyer比不做广告的收费少”有两种情况：1、本来就收费少的lawyer选择做广告，2、因为做广告使得lawyer收费少。

本题的答案就是针对第一种可能说的。

个人觉得这道题也可以简化理解为一道数学题

题目要削弱整体消费降低

直接到题目中找到导致消费降低的因素是：律师收费降低。

E选项直接说明大部分律师收费根本不会降低，从而消费降低的可能性大大被削弱
