However,negative news about IKEA presented for many times in a long term,ans this is bad for its reputation.Also,as prices of its products cut down,the quality gets worse too.And customers tend to show fewer interests in standard furniture now,which is exactly what IKEA provides.These all are IKEA's weaknesses.
Under current situations,IKEA is going to enter the developing countries where there will be enormous opportunities.Since online business gets hotter and hotter,IKEA could also expect to develop its online commercial activities.Grocery market expanding is another strategic direction.
What IKEA has to be cautious with are its rivals,who have been increasingly stronger and are likely to share its profit.
