Another question is, could you give me some suggestion for the Essay 2 where you have to provide a question with an answer by yourself.

Since Yale only needs 3 essay : Why MBA, Essay 2 and option essay, I am wondering what Yale wants to see the most at Essay2.

Work related? Personal activities or others?

If I choose work or leadership, I have no chance to describe my other side about my leisure time. (optional essay need only 200 words)

I am really confused and in a sticky points and look forward to your reply, thanks!!

IMHO, do not worry about too much on professional stuff vs. personal stuff.        If I were you, I would choose a story that showcase my uniqueness, and make my essay as interesting and compelling as possible.

You will have a good chance if you have a compelling story about why MBA and why YALE, and spend enough time writing your essays.

Sure. 今年从大陆来的中国同学有 4 个，北京，广州各一个，上海两个，3男一女。年龄range 27 - 29. employer 包括 西门子，P&G, 美国驻上海总领官，MARS 爱芬食品（旗下品牌包括德芙, M&M's 等).  另外有deferred 同学2名，其中包括CD的 管理员 tsljz （IT 背景) 和另外一名来自北京的同学.  

05界的同学还在努力的找工作，可以和大家聊一下他们的summer intern。回中国的同学有3个，employer是 Myrrill Lynch, IBM 和 Deutsche Post World Net (DHL的母公司）。 留在美国的同学绝大部分在银行和investment management firm工作。 还有一个中国同学去了伦敦一间private equity. 所有中国学生都有summer intern.

非常感兴趣。还能拿到IBM国内工作的offer呢？还是只是Summer Intern。在IBM China能做什么工作呢？

He did marketing / strategy stuff as a Summer Intern.  Unfortunately, I dont know the details.
