4. Why an MBA, Why in finance track, why a career switch and how to shape my goals.
5. Why now?
6. Why Yale?
7. Self-improvement example.
8. Leadership/professional example.
9. Teamwork example
10. Innovation example.
11. The most challenging part in my life.
12. Weakness.
13. My greatest capital and three adjectives from peers.
14. After hours hobbies.
15. English Ability.

To Ruiyu: I think you are right, though maybe you can check SOM's website.
