what kind of background check the Yale SOM conduct?

I am interested in Yale's MBA program focused on public management and private management.  I am willing to develop my career in those fields.  Could you kindly help to check the employment information during the past years ? I saw that many of the students were hired by IBs or consulting firms.  Was anyone hired by a non-profit organization or the international organization, like United Union ? To be frank, I am little worried that Yale shifts (maybe I am wrong) the profession from public/private management to finance or other popular MBA favorite. Does it mean that the public/private management is not fit to the job market? Do you know any Chinese student who is learning public/private managment this year? How does he/she feel ?
