请教各位前辈一道GWD 1-Q34

用their是肯定不对，因为指代不清楚。并且原文中A用people和unite states比较，不符合逻辑。

我个人开始选的是B,很明显B是对的，可是后来看到有个D，又觉得似乎应该对称，就选了D。看了philikittist的解说又觉得有点道理，哎，ETS变化无常啊！

B有歧义：人们吃一样比例的脂肪食物，不如E中吃脂肪食物的人比例一样合理。

D也是说的食物中的脂肪食物比例一样。

1.B中的at about the same rate会不会形容fatty food的歧义发生?

2.E之前说改变原义，但我觉得不会阿,请教大家排除E的原因

3.D除了被动外　还有其他的缺陷吗?

D的句意不合理，前面猫猫施主已经解释过了，相比较之下，B最好。
