Corporate MBA Recruiting项目 - JnJ, Eli Lilly, Dupont, Danaher, Medtronics

Danaher见过,确实是做医疗器械的。要求巨高,只招HBS。

Medtronic的只招美国人。个人认为我的intern project present属于所有MBA LDRP associate中相当突出的,还是没有机会,只能走direct hire。但我知道Medtronic国内有rotation program,但和北美这个相当不一样,具体的没有了解,也许官网上有。

Liberty Mutual像是广撒网,好像没有什么明显的target school呢。说rotation pay不错的,至少10万+,前2年。之后回国也很不错至少70w-80w+吧好像。不过intern审查严格,今年夏天6个中国人,只有3个拿到了fulltime interview opportunity,也就是说另外3个都被唰掉了。

Eli Lilly往年intern在北美做,full-time回国,从今年起连intern都是在国内做了



我想说,北美industry大公司,几乎全部都有leadership program。但好或不好众说纷纭。有说好就好在给了多点exposure,可以接着LDRP的幌子多找人聊聊拓宽network。但具体做的project,也许1年半一个rotation,变更数次或取消,也许也能向tianya那样相当出彩,但听起来更多看运气了。
另外leadership program普遍岗位能比direct hire高一点。direct hire(尤其是大公司),一般都是specialist,leadership至少上手就是senior specialist,毕业后没准就是manager。小公司一般direct hire就是manager或associate manager的了。所以leadership普遍应该pay比direct hire要好吧。但LDRP工资没得negotiate,所以你之前工作年限长,其实挺不划算的,因为拿的是跟其他junior MBA一样的pay


不过很重要的一点~~~金融危机后,基本大公司rotation都只招美国人了~~~唉~~~~

Fortune 500的公司这种Leadership Program很多也是内部招聘可以参加的,所以机会就更少了,还是那句话,职业发展目标是industry的,还是一直在corporate的比较好,当然也可以走industry---MBA---Consulting---industry的路线。

另外,大龄的劣势是,即使你工作经验比别人多(一般leadership program招3-5年),所以你如果6-8年,机会面临起薪个他们一眼的尴尬局面。。。

当然,如果你确定rotation这2、3年outstanding,固然好。不然我自己觉得有点小浪费的

Complete business fluency in Mandarin and English

Preferred qualifications:

Proof that you are capable of both high-level strategic thinking and detailed execution
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
Superior analytical skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Success at influencing others and leading teams
Comfortable with “hands-on” management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

反正我知道北美的Top MBA学生都不是很看重这个项目,比起JnJ这种都不如。
回国的薪水就差得更远,几乎招不到人。
当然读MBA之前就能进去镀金,也算是人才了。
