IBM supply chain的就有，是2年的，可惜这两年经济动荡，这个program的条件/rotation安排等也都在变化，倒是不知道有没有什么target school

如果通过MBA 跳到 IB， 做到VP（貌似IB是最容易做到VP的？ ） ， 然后再跳回corporate, 变成SVP， 是不是一条捷径呢？

职位结构不一样，不等同的。IB VP跳到企业很多都是从manager开始

1.大龄有优势
2.或许有更快的发展路径。但是这个事情是因人而异的，因为如果你已经发展很好，有很不错的空间，那建议不要读MBA了，机会成本耗不起。
