Our program will provide:
Placement in one of those three core business departments – Franchise & Commercial, Marketing and Strategy, Knowledge & Insights. Successful candidates will have an opportunity to participate in our real strategic projects, such as “Marketing Summer Campaign”, ‘Route to Market Project”, and “New Product Launch Program“. To get involved in Coca-Cola Group to set international social network. It also prepares candidates for a successful career development by participating and learning in real project while making valuable contributions to the organization.
Franchise & Commercial:
Ever wonder how Coca-Cola sells millions of servings of beverages every day globally? As the core business team in Coca-Cola, our Franchise & Commercial team maps and sustains a world-class winning system. Be part of the team working with our Bottling partners to create tailor-made solutions; bringing to life our brands and products in the unique Chinese marketplace.
Marketing:
With our Marketing Team, you will be part of The Force building Coca-Cola as a most well-loved brand. Here, every day is different. In the morning we might be working with packaging designers or creating a viral marketing campaign with an advertising agency. The afternoon could see us working with the Operations team to activate a brand plan, or running an innovation workshop for people from all areas of the business. Whatever you do, know that you are intimately touching the lives of millions of people.
Strategy, Knowledge & Insights:
As a member of our Strategy, Knowledge & Insights team, you are the radar, the compass and the Swiss knife of Coca- Cola. In the ever changing macro-environment, our team works with the functional leads to help direct the future of company.
Who are we looking for?
Knowledge & Experience: MBA graduates with 3-5 years working experiences

Language Requirements: Excellent written and oral English & Chinese skills
